Hi all -

I've got tender small lumps under my skin in many areas. They're not elevated and not discolored, but do hurt a bit (like a bruise) when I press even slightly. Could this be vasculitis? I haven't found any clue in Dr. Wallace's book and my GP didn't know.

I'd appreciate feedback from anyone who has experienced this or who has ideas or information!

Have you ever heard of "panniculitis"? I've seen articles on it but never have seen it in person---NOT that I'm medically trained...! Just a thought. Good luck wth getting answers soon. Best wishes, Vee

Thanks for your input and, I'm REALLY sorry to say, that sounds like what's wrong with me. BUMMER. Just another scary something to deal with. I cannot find much on-line information either, at least from one night's worrisome search.

I do think I'll find a new doctor as one that says "I don't know" and does nothing to find out is less than reassuring.
