Dear Spowell, Welcome! I'm sorry about your Dx but very glad you found this group. We're good company & I hope you find comfort & companionship in talking to everyone here.
I have lupus but haven't had kidney problems, so I hope others who have & know more about it will chip in soon.
If you're of the mind to read, there are some excellent hardcovers available in most libraries & bookstores: look for Dr. Daniel Wallace, or for Dr. Robert Lahita. Both cover all aspects of the disease, including treatments.
I hope your kidney biopsy results translate into a clear & quick plan of action. Please let us know how your followup appt. goes, OK? I hope you keep posting. Meanwhile, I send my best wishes to you.
