Question Chemo for my kidneys

Hey everyone
Soo i have been doing well on my chemo but i am in the fourth treatment and my kidneys are still bleeding.? I dont know what is going on. is this normal? my doctor said it has to get worse before it gets better. well im almost done with my treatments and its not looking any better. I almost feel like it went from my left kidney to my right one now because my right kideny has been bothering me really bad. should i call my kidney doctor and tell him about it? i have an appointment with him soon should i just wait until then?I dont know what to do anymore so many questions and so many changes. Its making my head spin!!!
