Hello!

My lupus rash usually isnt across my nose, usually on my eyelids. It is usually 2/3 spotty marks which usually fade quite quickly. They come when im run down, very very tired, on the verge of a flare or if im starting to take a cold/flu. But my consultant gives me free control to maintain my own meds, so I can usually knock a flare on the head when i see it arise! No-one knows your own body more that you do !
