Psotie, From what I've read about low neutrophils in lupus books, I *think* the underlying cause must be determined & treated. However, in addition to lupus, I think there's a long list of OTHER possible causes.
How low is yours? There's a cut-off, below which it's deemed "neutropenia"; infection-fighting is considered dangerously compromised. BUT, if you'd hit that, your doctors would be all over it---presumably?
And what have your doctors said?
