Is the knee pain a lupus flare?
I developed severe pain in my left knee a few weeks back. It grew worse each time I applied weight to my left foot. Three weeks later I'm relying on crutches to get me around.

An orthopedic surgeon claims there isn't a tear in my knee, but it could be a flare since I do have SLE. I've never experienced this before. He also said it can be RA or Lyme disease.

Has anyone experienced this before?

Hiya

I have just posted a thread, Just developed a terrible pain in my arm and wondering if it has anything to do with my sl, wonder if there is a book out there explaining what kind of things could be caused by this lupus.
