I have read if hemaglobin is low, that can be one of the symptoms of Lupus? Is that correct?

Re: Hemaglobin

Yes, low hemoglobin/anemia is often caused by lupus. However it can also be caused by a few other things such as a vitamin or iron deficiency, a hormone deficiency, other AI diseases besides lupus, etc. Hope this helped
