Post Lupus Weakly Positive?

I have been testing ANA "weakly positive" for 12 years. I have had sooo many problems with stomach ulcers, hives, tingling, headaches, even irregular arythmia of the heart. I am 39 and my son is 12. This all really started happening when he was born. No one has been able to tell me a thing. They want to treat me with painkillers for stiff muscles that I have pretty much alleviated with a special diet excluding gluten. I seemed to have developed adult asthma and allergies to so many foods it just is crazy. I have found that my hormones are fluctuating and seemingly I get worse during the onset of my monthly cycle AND NOW... my cycle has started to take longer and I am currently experiencing my third day with a migraine. This one isn't the usual migraine with the flickering lights/aura. This one is making me nauseaus and makes it hard for me to think. Also keeping me from my life with my child and from working. I am looking for an incredible Dr. who "knows something". I am continually going to Reumatologists who want to just prescribe medicines for something they perhaps suspect but doesn't fit with what my symptoms or what my intuition is telling me. Emergency Rooms tell me "sorry, we just don't know what is wrong with you". Does anyone know of any good Dr's. located in the Maryland or Washington DC, or Virginia area?

Start looking for books about Lupus in book stores.
There are several that are written by people who
have greatly improved their health for themselves
through diet, herbs, vitamins and mediative relaxation
techniques. I've used them and have not had to go on
the drugs the rummies have to offer that can be as dangerous as the disease. Granted sometimes a Dr. is
needed in some cases but these can be used along with
any treatment the Dr. gives. The important thing
is to try to give your body the help it needs to
heal itself.
