Does anyone know HOW specific the anti-smith antibody is to lupus??? Is there anyone who tested positive for the anti-smith? and what did your doctor say???

Looked thru my bloodtest results and didn't see anything for that one.

If you email the american society of clinical labs with your test results and questions - they are usually pretty good at offering insight. It's free and they are extremely helpful!

Anti-sm is considered very specific to lupus, and I believe can confirm the diagnosis.
