Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know I'm supposed to stay out of the sun. Reality is that I'm an avid scuba diver and spend a lot of time in the Caribbean. I keep sunscreen on, but it washes off. I spent several weeks in the Bahamas and have a lot of color as a result with no problems of rashes, etc.
Yesterday, I was on my deck, pulling weeds for under 30 minutes, not sunburned at all. A couple of hours later, I am covered in pimple-sized blisters all over my arms and chest (none on my legs or face). They don't itch, most have "popped", but still appear bumpy.
Lupus related? Suggestions (other than staying out of the sun, I know that one) to treat it?

I hate having to stay out of the sun too. So, in turn I get burned regularly and easily. I haven't found a great way to treat the blisters yet. I just grin and bear it hoping THIS time I'll end up with some color.
