Question ANA Test This Week Lupus Symptoms?

I have had chronic candida since March of this year. For most of my life, I have had lowered immunity and recent blood work showed a WELL BELOW normal level of the immunoglobulin G which means that my immune system is out of whack. My immunoglobulin A was also on the low end but still within acceptable range. My white cell counts were at the very highest level they can be before considered "elevated." Red blood cells also slightly elevated. I have been fatigued, tired all the time, insomnia, muscle twitching, muscle aches (I do the smallest chores and ache for days afterward), my hair is falling out, I am easily getting skin rashes (mostly on my cheeks) and now have acne on my chin and forehead, I have a lot of chemical sensitivities and can't use most household cleaners...Have had to switch to using a lot of natural cleaners such as vinegar. I am HIGHLY sensitive to anti-bacterial soap of any kind and have light sensitivity..I wear sunglasses all the time. I recently broke out in a rash on my chest after having been out in the sun for only 20 minutes. They were large red blotches all over my chest. Never had that before..My husband said it looked like someone had beaten my breast with a baseball bat. My doctor suspects some sort of auto immune illness and her primary thought is that it could be Lupus. Hence, the forthcoming ANA test. Have any of you who have been diagnosed had these symptoms?

I don't seem to have much reaction to chemicals but
everything else sounds familiar . I was diagnosed
with Lupus six years ago. All your symptoms and a whole
bunch of others can all be Lupus. Even a negative ANA
can't rule out Lupus. The ANA can go up and down.
Good Luck to you.
