Post ASO titer

What is the significant of the ASO and how serious should it be taken? When I asked for a copy of the results of one blood test, I was sent the results of my whole file. I noticed that this was extremely high about 15 mos ago and still elevated somewhat about 6 mos ago. I am only diagnosed with fibromyalgia, hashimoto, but am tested routinely for arthritis type illnesses, especially sjogrens since I have several the complaints. The only other thing that shows up is a couple of times a positive C Reactive Protein. So - is the ASO result anything to worry about or not?

Thanks for any responses.
