Hello- I am new to this so please forgive me if I seem cumbersome. I have been going to my family physician of 15 years. The past 9 months I have been going in every three weeks for lab work and U.A.'s. Just last month I was sent to a kidney specialist who informed me that she will continue to check blood work and ua's she is trying to rule out LUPUS. I have had symptoms of pain in my chest that has sent me to the emergency room several times. My ua's always show an elevated level of protein. Just recently I have been told by two doctors that I am not sick enough for treatment even though I am constantly complaining about joint pain and water retention. Just what does that mean? Am I going to get sicker? Any advice is appreciated.
I agree. I had been sick for a while with some kind of virual thing. Finally my doctor sent me to the Rhem. He was the first to really listen to all my crazy symptoms and treat my symptoms. Fatigue was the worst until my joints began to swell.
Good luck,
Sorry you have these problems.
