Question malar rash

This ques. is for those of you who have a malar rash. Besides the sun and flour. lights brightening your rash. Do you find when you do any kind of activity like cleaning or exercising it also brightens your rash?
Any info would be appreciated.

I have some sort of rash red flat bloch on my right cheek. I have had it a long time. I have noticed that some days it is brighter and harder to reduce with make up than others. But I think you are right it does get brighter with excercise or house work. Maybe because of the blood flow?

I also have the malar rash. I've found that heat, cold, alcohol and hot beverages cause mine to flare up. Also, exercise or heavy exertion will cause it to become much more prominent.

Hope this is helpful.
