Emotions\Stress triggering Diseases! - Lupus Message Board

Well, my chiropractor has been doing Homeopathic remedies with me for years, for my migrains... ut he has recently been trying to figure out something for me to use, that will try and do something better for me.. since my Prednisone has messed me up so bad...

So we've been talking... and we got into my childhood and some of the bad things that happened, and we discussed when my migrains began and then how my symptoms for my lupus began...

It makes sense, though. Something really emotionally draining, or tramatic happening before your lupus began to show.... even years before anything would ever show seriously....

Just look back into your life... even something as small as moving away from somewhere, or loosing a pet, or a friend... those things are trama.

It just makes sense... I thought I'd share.

Stress has long been recognized to aggravate or bring
about medical problems. I often can't fight off a cold
if my mental attitude is not positive. And just think
of all the people who when they lose a life long spouse
also die within a year. My husbands parents died within
three months of each other. After his Father died his
Mom's cancer came back with a vengence after it had
been gone for 10 years.
