Yes, lupus can cause swollen lymph glands! It has on me and on other lupies I've known. Mine were on the back of my neck and as big as walnuts! It's happened 3 times in my life now and when it happens I don't get freaked anymore! I know on hairloss, you've been having a rough time. I am sorry. Our hair is SO important to us. I have hair loss from time to time. Sometimes it is ok andsometimes it is nearly gone from the crown of my head! I have consulted with my hairdresser to find a hairstyle that covers best, for me a long pageboy with no bangs, all one length. And when it is really bad I've considered wigs. They are lovely these days, but I havne't bought one yet. I will not hesitate if I go through another loss cycle, next time I'll rush out and buy the best I can afford!! Am currently considering hair extensions for fullness. Good luck.
