Hi, White fingers when cold could be a symptom of Reynaud's syndrome and some people with lupus also have Reynaud's. There is a lot of information on the symptoms of lupus if you do a web search with that word as the subject. There is no one diagnostic test for lupus. If you have 4 or more of the 11 listed symptoms, you might have lupus. Certain blood tests will give further indication if you might have lupus. You do need to tell your doctor of your concerns about your fingers. If you have read the 11 lupus symptoms and have some of them, tell your doctor this, too. You must have your concerns answered by a doctor so you won't worry needlessly and so you will get any treatment you may need. I wish you well. Peace - Barbara
