Thanks for the response. I am seeing a rhumy who specializes in Lupus on Monday and hope to get some better clarification. My understanding from what I can find on the web is that Tupid Lupus is rare (only 40 cases dx) and only become SLE in 1 out of every 14 cases. The rash is similar to those described for Subcutaneous Lupus...I will try to withhold panic until I have seen the specialist.
