Infection: need help
I hope this is the right board for this. My doctors suspect I have Lupus although I have not been given an official diagnosis yet. My white count is 3.4 and I have a kidney infection. I thought the white count was high with an infection. Is this wrong.?

it is not always high. especially if you are on prednisone or any other immune suppressive meds. but take care of that infection. and take it seriously, you do not want a kidney infection as a result of bad care.
