What in the world is a Lupus dig? You can review the symptoms and diagnostic criteria for Lupus under this forum if you scroll down. I think the name of the topic is "Criteria to diagnose Lupus". Have a look at that and see if you meet the criteria for it.
That being said, it does sound like you do have some of the symptoms. You can have Lupus without having the positive blood work. There are people out there that meet the criteria, but the blood work is negative right now. Blood work can change from positive to negative on a daily basis in some people, and medical science isn't exact. Sometimes it can take a number of years for the blood work to tell what the symptoms are already saying too! It's such a confusing thing! Anyway, have you seen a Rheumatologist? Perhaps you should see if you can go to one because it sounds like you have something going on! Lots of us complain of a full body ache, it feels like we have a constant flu. Not fun!
