Hi Sandy,
I have problems with glands in my neck, groin and then recently lumps of some sort in my forearms/upper arms. I have previously had glands(?) in my stomach - I'm not sure where all glands are located and haven't had an official Lupus diagnosis but from what I've read you can have so many things! I try not to get too cold - seems to make evrything worse.
