ANA Results and onset

Another question here. I was wondering can an ANA even a lower positive not be it's true number if the onset of symptoms is early? For Instance My dr ordered blood work But most of my symptoms started just 2 weeks before.
Could the ANA change? Also I am trying to figure out what the pattern means.
My blood work shows:

Speckled
Homogenous pattern also detected. My ANA was at 1:40 by that lab is still positive.
Thanks

It is my PCP I have been seeing.
