Lupus and Coughing

I saw an earlier discussion about SLE and coughing. I too have been coughing for about a year now. Doctor's pass it off as allergies or reflux. They don't seem too concerned. I am though. I do have Sjogren's and have been taking Evoxac. It really makes me sweat, but I do feel better when I take it. When I don't (social gatherings, working, etc) I feel like my mouth is dryier than it ever has been (much worse actually) and coughing gets worse. Anyone else experience this?
