red spots that come out in the sun
are red round and oval blotches that come out after several hours in the sun but go away several hours after being indoors a sign of lupus ?

Hi. My arm/torso rashes lasted 3-4 weeks minimally. But there is something called "livedo reticularis" that's a vascular disturbance, not a rash. It looks like lacelike mottling under the skin surface. I used to get it mainly during/after being in sun. Is what you get on the skin SURFACE? Best wishes, Vee
