ana serum elisa test

my mother has few symptoms of RA which includes moning stiffness in knee joints ,swelling ans svere pain at the wrist joints ,nodules in lower leg and hands slight deformation at finger joints .she was under gone a blood test in which i was confused with ana test it was shown observed value 2.38 and refernce range 10u/ml positive ,10u/ml negative what does it indicate her RA factor is below 9
