Question CSF and Blood Analysis: What could this mean?

ANA 1:640 homogeneous (blood)
Peroxidase 111 (elevated, blood)
Protein level high (Cerebrospinal fluid)
IGg low (Cerebrospinal fluid)
Low Vitamin D levels (blood)
NO delta sleep in multiple sleep studies

Other Symptoms:
Extreme fatigue (sometimes can't get out of bed, sometimes I am at about 70% of normal)
Brain fog (word loss, get lost in my own neighborhood, etc.)
"24/7" mild headache won't respond to analgesics
feeling of pressure in my head (CSF pressure normal)
deteriorating visual acuity (may be age related)
night-time peripheral vision seems worse on right side
mild chest pain (now daily)
muscle weekness

Particularly interested in the combination of blood and CSF info. Hashimoto's Encephalopy (but physical symptoms are not that extreme), SLE, neuro-SLE, or (ugh) MS? Other ideas?

Some of the results seem to point to one illness while others point to another!

Any ideas?:dizzy :
