Question Globulin level on a blood test

I've seen online (lupus found) and also in a book that if you have HIGH globulin levels this is one indicator for immune/possilbe lupus. Mine is either in the normal range or LOW with the albumin/globulin HIGH.

What does this mean? Is mine being LOW an indicator that it ISN'T lupus?
