I don't know the answer to that. I doubt they want you on medication for this while your pregnant, are you taking anything for it right now?
You might try filling your bathtub full of hot water and soaking in it awhile. Use cold packs to relieve inflammation and hot packs on sore muscles. You might be able to use topical menthol but I'd ask the doctor first. If you get really achy, might want to consider massage therapy.
Ask your OB what meds and treatments are okay in the first trimester. Other than home remedies such as baths, showers, and topical anesthetics, I would follow his lead. Frequent rest periods may help as well.
