I'd be concerned of possible primary liver cancer, imaging needs to be done. I have 5 tumors on my liver, a plain CT not show them all, but one with contrast did, it however could not determine what they are, so I was supposed to get a follow up MRI and for some reason it didn't get scheduled so my gastro is going to do a follow up CT to make sure they don't grow. However, I went and had blood work on the AFP tumor marker and it was perfectly normal. That is what put my mind at ease.
