| | Positive ANA
Six weeks ago I had an appointment with a rheumatologist during that visit he had me do some labs. An ANA and lupus panel and a bunch other. The tests that he said came back abnormal were:
ANA: 1:160 speckled
Low Vit D
EBV IGG ANTIBODY: high
EBNA (IGG): high
I have had bad headaches. What he says is Reynauds phenom, pain in my arms and legs more so in hands and feet. I'm very tired needing to take naps. Weight loss and trouble putting weight back on. I get what feels like air pockets in side of my chest. He said he does not know what this could be because I don't have what he said is DNA markers that he said in the first appt would more than likely be positive because he suspected lupus or another auto immune disease.
He prescribed prednisone and a anti-seizure medication. Why would he give me those if it's nothing? Please help me if you have any information or thoughts? Just tired of feeling this way.
