Know any good Lymes disease doctors in Northern NJ??

I took the advice of Ticker and I did call the Lyme disease doctor that he mentioned. They advised that my doctor call them to discuss treatment for my 11-year old (who DID test postive for lymes). She called me back to relay that they only suggested one more week of antibiotics (which he did NOT recieve). He finished his Doxycycline almost 2 weeks ago, and although the doctor called to ask about him, she did not order anymore prescription for him or order up another blood test. I am calling her today to ask if there is something else we should be doing....Do we think it is time for me to seek out a different doctor for him that is more knowledgeble on Lymes disease? His bulls eye rash was so prominent and all over the place, is that a sign that I need to be very aggressive about this? What other things should I be looking for? His aches and pains and fever and strange symptoms have disappeared, but could everything just be dormant for awhile? Will a blood test tell me anything? Does anybody know of any good doctors knowledgable on Lymes disease in Northern New Jersey??
Thanks~ Janelle
