Hey ditvkg!

Are you still out there? How's everything going? You haven't checked into that tye-dyed padded room yet, have you? I was wondering if we got them to leave at least one wall the basic white, perhaps they would let us have some fabric markers or paints and we could just decorate our rooms ourselves. Just a thought.

I hope all is well!

Re: Hey ditvkg!

Hi there

Yep, I'm still here (I think).

Sorry I haven't posted recently, but my Grandmother is in the hospital, so I've been spending a lot of time there. She's almost 86 (will be on 11/03), so I've been trying to spend as much time with her as I can. Needless to say, on top of everything else, by the time I get home I'm pretty wiped out.

I like the idea of leaving one wall white since I love to doodle . Maybe I'll have the tye-dye on the ceiling instead and leave all 4 walls blank.

Hope you're doing ok.

Take care!

Vickie

Re: Hey ditvkg!

Hi Vickie!

I doing the same. I like the idea of just doing the ceiling though. Maybe a nice light periwinkle with some fluffy white clouds for mine.

Did you see my post where the tests the LLMD did were positive? Finally some answers are starting to roll in! My regular doctor just drew a lyme PCR (Lab Corp) last week so it will be interesting to see what that comes back now if it matches the tests from Igenex and MDL.

Did you get an appointment with a doctor? Just curious since our symptoms so closely match.

I'm sorry about your grandmother! I hope she gets better!

Stay strong!

Jo Anne

Re: Hey ditvkg!

Hi Jo Anne:

Periwinkle and clouds sounds nice.

Yes, I saw your post....I'm so glad that you're finally getting some proof. Hopefully, you will be able to receive the treatment you need.

No, I haven't been able to see an LLMD yet. Right now, I don't see any hopes of me seeing one in the foreseeable future due to my current finances (or lack thereof) and the situation with my grandmother. They say she's had a light stroke, so I have to go with my Mom in the morning to have her transferred to a rehab facility. So, I guess I'll just have to continue to hang in there until something changes, or I kick the bucket, whichever comes first.

Thanks for your get well wishes, but I honestly don't think my grandmother is going to get much better. She's just not "bouncing back" from her UTI this time, and with a mild stroke on top of everything.............I just don't know. She's a tough ol' gal though, I'm hoping she makes a liar out of me.

You take care...............if you don't hear from me for a while, I may be in that padded room!

Catch ya later!

Vickie
