Dr. Patricia Kane's Protocol for Detoxifying Lyme

Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone here can give me input on Dr. Patricia Kane's Protocol for Detoxifying Lyme.

Treatments consist of IV therapy with IV Phospholipid Exchange with Essentiale N, followed with a Glutathione Fast Push.

If anyone has any info on this, please let me know. I am now 27; I've been bedridden since the age of 17. I was diagnosed with Lupus, and more recently with lyme disease.

Thanks, and good luck to all of you.

Re: Dr. Patricia Kane's Protocol for Detoxifying Lyme

Hi Laurie,

Thanks for the warm welcome.

I would be happy to give you the info regarding Dr. Kane's research because it might be very helpful to you.

Her protocol involves flushing out the biliary tree/liver of the infection. The protocol also flushes neurotoxins/spirochetes from the central nervous system. (This would probably be beneficial for me b/c I was also diagnosed with mercury poisoning. I am currently on DMSA chelation therapy for the mercury poisoning. And I am taking Doxycycline, Artemisinin, and TOA-free Cat's Claw for the Lyme.)

Hi lakerfan, welcome to the board!

I am so sorry you have been sick for so long. I do not know of this protocol but was wondering if you are currently being treated? Are you seeing a Lyme knowledgeable doctor? Have you been recently tested for the co-infections that ticks can transmit--Babesiosis, Ehrlichiosis (HME & HGE), Bartonella, and Mycoplasma? A lot more is known about these infections than there was ten years ago.
