Can I say how good I feel??? Yesterday was crappy, my bladder hurt most of the day, but i got a great nights sleep and felt good all day.... good enough to even help out a friend paint her living room!

I have reworked my schedule to attend a local Lyme Support group in a few weeks. It will be interesting.

I feel as though I need to share with the whole world my story and my struggles to accept, to get better and fight this disease...... I submited my story for a documentary and they are interested in hearing more about my experience with lyme... crazy!

We all drove up to the nearest LabCorp for western blots for both my hubby and son and another one for me, as well as co infections. I also have afew other tests that need to be done, but of course my lyme mind got the best of me and I forgot they had the be drawn on a monday! Oh well! Next week!

How is everyone else feeling?

I see the llmd again on 4/24 ... I am sad I had to start all over again, but glad its working!!!!

Hey fotomom, that's great! That happened to me too, dropped my dose a little and felt sick but then went back up and feeling much better. I don't know how you were able to paint though! Are you more tired today?

I see my doc today, hoping it goes well. It's a long drive and a lot of money, but for some reason I always look forward to it. Strange.

SW--Good luck at the docs today. And good luck on that long drive! I am thinking about you all the time. Keep reading and praying, which somehow I KNOW you are doing already.

I wish there was a magic pill for all of our problems. It would make life so much easier. LOL Have you seen the commercial with the "easy button?" I saw it last night and I didn't even get a chuckle--just rolled my eyes and thought--yeah, that'd be great! Too bad there isn't such a thing.

I keep getting told on this forum for wives of midlifers that it is SO not about me at all and he just has to go thru it. Most of all they say back off, but I wouldn't know what to do in your case. It is so complicated, and you are sick and you need him.

The last thing they want is to be really needed in this time. They are really all just a bunch of selfish babies. (sorry) But we stick things out--we have to. Women I mean.

Anyway, I hope you have a good ride and a good visit with the doc. Let us know when you get back. --Laurie

Very good that you are back on the recovery road. Also cool that someone might want to do a documentary on your battle with lyme. Thanks for being a champion. I'm not there yet but know it is coming.
