for the past couple of days, my feet seem as if they cannot stay warm as if my feet are always cold they dont feel as if numb but just real cold, the color isnt disorianted cuz at first i was thinking that maybe blood circulation was cutt off im just a little weirded out...

Hi Tyler - Yes, I experience that with my hands and my feet. Sometimes when I wash my hands they seem to absorb the cold like sponges...so strange.

Yes I experience much of the same thing. In fact my hands and feet hurt so terribly bad when I get into warm water. Used to be so cold natured, now I can't get warm enough. It can be 110 out and my hands and feet are freezing!

With mine though I do notice discolorization. In fact upon getting into the tub they are splotchy and reddish/purple/white spots. Reminds me of frost bite. My DR told me this is common in lyme patients.
