On the possitive side...

You know,
I realized yesterday while shopping, that the claustaphobia and agitation in big stores and small spaces I was getting from the lyme has gone away. I was in a really busy loud tight store and it didn't bother me at all. I also notice I am less tired, my joints are not flairing up, and that constant little pressure headache I used to have in the middle of my head all the time has gone away.

But that Claustaphobic thing scared me the most, I felt the lyme was getting into my mind and doing damage, or I was suddenly developing a problem I never had. But it has gone away at some time since taking doxy and cats claw. My fevers have also slowed way down, I used to get one a day, its been a while since I had one, at least a few days.
Chest discomfort and pulse issues is still an issue, but even that is taming out (another scary symptom). Yea I am getting better, or hoping.
I know I still have a long road to go, before I am clear, but hey at least its lighting up, until the doxy, it was all down hill

GO DOXY GO...

Feeling encouraged.

Good for you, Dave! While you're feeling better, reinforce those positive thoughts! All those endorphines you produce with good thoughts will move some of those Lyme buggies out!

Re: On the possitive side...

I am so glad to see Doxy working for someone! Yay for you Dave. It gives me encouragement that at some point the Doxy will lead me to the same place. Thanks for the positive post!

Re: On the possitive side...

Bah...
I was doing so well too. Woke up a day ago with sweats and one hell of a sore neck and a headach. Here we go again, and yep all day I felt like crap, felt like throwing up, felt odd, and of course the chest discomfort, odd pulse and palpatations.
Today I woke up with sore toes and an elbow, still have the neckache. Started to fade by the end of the day, getting my energy back.

So how do you figure out if the doxy is working, or whether its just the disease fading in or out. I mean, I feel better between the symptoms, I can just feel it, I feel like my old self. Just when I think I have gotten over the hill, bam it surprises me. Maybe I waited to long and let it get a foot hold, not sure.

My upper GI cam back, Doc wants to speak with me tomorrow, something poped up. Can doxy give you and ulcer? I suppose we will find out tomorrow.
Crossing my fingers and hoping it will get better tomorrow..
Dave..

Re: On the possitive side...

the only way i knew my doxy was working at something was through the huge herxes i was having...too bad i couldn't stand the doxy so now my llmd is moving me to flagyl. i dont feel any better but at least i know some of the keets died in those herxes...but if you are feeling more and more liek the old you then my guess is in some way its working. how often do the symptoms flaire..like you said over the hill and then bam? some people (not me though) have 4 week cycles of herxs and that definitely means the doxy is working for ya....

good luck with the doc tomorrow...you'll be in my prayers
