BCBSofNC notified Jemsek Clinic that they were dropping them from in-network. I received a call Thursday last week that this had happened. I had to pay out of pocket today and will have to submit to BCBS and see if they pay out of network. I think it is middle of the month that Dr Jemsek has to go back before the board for conditions. My visit today was level 4 established at $157.00 (I think, I would have to look to be sure.) I saw the PA. I would not be surprised at other insurance companies following this course of action. Its their way out of paying. I would call Jemsek Clinic if you want to double check on this, if you call the insurance co that would possibly send up a red flag that you wouldn't want to do.
