sea salts?

Hi There just wanted to ask regarding detox baths salt.

I have been pciking up a carton from the super market, it is sea salt that can be used in cooking.

is this wrong?

i am now buying in bulk and ordinary sea salt like this is cheap, the only other option i have is dead sea salt and that is soooo expensive.

so am i ok with this salt i am buying in Super market.
Also have purchased Epson salts from speacialist in slats, ( unfortunately not the sea salt i could afford) Who has advised that by adding more substances to epson salts in water it limits its healing process and 800g in a bath is good for fatigue.

I think we need the peroxide more than the epson and ive managed a while nicely on the measuremenst we use, but just wondered if any one has used epson alone 800g a bath and does it make a difference.

thanks
jules xx

Re: sea salts?

HI jules. Good to hear from you.

I take detox baths but I have to admit they do nothing for me. I notice no difference whatsoever. I'm thinking of giving them up altogether.

Its just a hassle to climb the stairs and draw the bath and add the stuff - sounds easy but for me its too much.

if I knew I'd feel better afterwards I would gladly force myself to do it. But thats not the case.

I hope you find relief with just the epsom.

peace and health to you.

I agree. I haven't seen relief from the detox baths. Haven't seen reflief period. I have considered the foot detox, I might could find the energy for that. I tried the foot pads that pull the yuck out, didn't notice any difference there either.

Maybe you can find an answer. And thanks for the warning, that I might be camped near the bears in the valley. BEARS OH MY. The fishing stream sounds lovely. Maybe my valley will turn into an oasis. I can dream.

Anyone with lyme arthritis. My rt elbow has been giving me a fit for weeks since the em rash. I don't know what to take. Daypro which I have can increase my reflux. This elbow pain is bad. Suggestions????

Prayers....Marsha

Prescription for a very sore right elbow: drink a very strong, very cold margarita with your left arm.
