Hi, I have not experienced an increase or worsening of floaters in any one eye, but I did start experiencing floaters right after becoming ill with Lyme. My floaters do seem to be worse on cloudy/gloomy days and if I look in to the sky or clouds. I don't know if that helps any but floaters and visual disturbances are definitly a symptom of lyme and if you have not been properly treated I imagine they (floaters) can get worse. My eye doc said it is possible for Bb to actually get into the eye. Def. see an eye doctor to rule out any other possible causes, then seek a good Lyme doc.
