what exactly is this salt c protocol i don't really understand it. Im really worried also about my "head pressure"....i feel so horrible. And i read something that if you have head swelling you shouldn't take this. What do you think of this? And im afraid that "alternative" medicine may make it worse. My dads not a huge alternative medicine fan. So i unno. Dad said we can try this salt protocol thing. I just want your insight on what exactly i need to get. And how much exactly to take.

Mri's didn't show any swelling or tumors or anything.

Hi Eclipse....whatever you try it may or may not work...All of it depends on each and every person...some heal faster than others...

I have swelling between my scalp and skull....when I had a picc line in there was sodium I had to do in my I'v's....it bothered me ALOT....so we cut out the sodium in the picc line I was doing....so if you also have swelling it is possible that this might not be good for you...BUT....then you won't know unless you try...it is all trial and error....Ray seems to have had great progress with this method......

No matter what your treatment is ...you really need to do YOUR own research on side effects you could experiences or what meds to combine or not to combine.......

And just a reminder what ever treatment you go with...DO A DAILY LOG...and see where you are from month to month......

If it isn't swelling then hey why not. I agree with Jojo - a journal would be a great idea. It will take awhile to recover, not sure how long to see results. Some see them quickly, others more gradually.

Hope you try it, will be very interesting.

any recomomendations on a daily doasage to start the salt protocal....so many sites vary in doasge amount.
