Vitamin c...

I posted this before, and for some reason it won't let me open the link. Well I want to try the vitamin c protocol. I've read tons of different articles on it. I want to know what exactly u recommend me try.

How much mg of vitamin c, how much salt, and how often.

Re: Vitamin c...

Just a warning about vitamin C. I was told me to stay away from B & C vitmains because they feed the lyme bacteria.

Re: Vitamin c...

Well i finally got the sea salt. Do you hafta take it in a pill? or can i just swallow it without the pill. Well I was thinking of only trying it 3 times a day? Or should i start lower. I've been taking like 6g of vitamin c a day and magisuim...and today i kinda felt alil woosy. So i was thinking of cutting it to 3 times a day with teh sea salt. That sound like a good starting point?

Re: Vitamin c...

I'd start with 2 a day. Say at 10am and 2pm

Salt dissolved in water or by itself is fine. Whatever works. Drink alot of water. I'd say a gallon a day.

Re: Vitamin c...

Moms afraid about this raising my bloodpressure. Is this something i should be consern'd about. I don't have high blood pressure or anything. But we know salt solutions are used to raise blood pressure in hopsitals. Just wanting to ease mine and her mind on how safe this is.

Re: Vitamin c...

If you have a blood pressure monitor, then I'd use it to see if anything happens. I doubt anything will occur. Start slow, with 2 grams of salt per day.
