No, that is just a sed rate that looks for inflammation in your body. People that have Lyme can have a high sed rate, but many do not. My sed rate is 1 and has been for years and I have had Lyme disease for 10 years. Your doc needs to test you for Lyme by Western Blot IGM & IGG through IGenex labs, in Palo Alto CA. Alot of times doc's will use the Elisa first, which is about 70% inaccurate, not even worth the time. You really need to find an LLMD (Lyme Literate MD) if you suspect that you have Lyme. Most regular doc's do not treat Lyme with the correct antibiotics or doses, and do not know how to read the test results and will tell you that you don't have Lyme when you actually do. sarah
