I think Lyme's Disease can mimic many Neurological diseases.
And since only 50 percent develop the rash when bitten
I think Neurologist could be seeing far too many Lyme disease
chronic sufferers.
I have no diagnosis yet.
Been trying to figure out why I tremor since
2004. Hasn't been ONE day since 2004 that I haven't
shook in my arms/hands/wrists and some times legs.
Like
sooooo many of you here with diagnosis of Lyme's Disease
I too, have been told it's MS at first. In fact they were certain it
was MS without doing any tests at first. But slowly the MRI's came
in SHOWING NOTHING. 2 MRI's done the last with and witihout contrast
STILL NOTHING.
Now they think it's Parkinson's.
The neurologist tend to zero in on my tremors.
It's my most obvious symptom.
It's a good question and I often think perhaps Lyme's Disease
brings out the worse in ONE's OWN genetic soup if left
CHRONIC or untreated over the years.
