Hi everyone
Hope everyone is feeling ok today , well i am seeing dr david owen tomorrow and feel very fortunate to be able to do so i live in cardiff so its on my doorstep plus it seems like ive only contracted lymes in the last month so its been caught early on .
Allthough my own doctor was of little help after prescribing a small weekly dose of pennicilin for a week , which having read many of your posts and advice from ticker i know is not sufficiant
Im stunned and really empathase with you all ive only felt ill now for a week and im shocked at how badly you can feel and at the various symptoms its astonding i think ive had every possible symptom of every illness ive ever had and its very draining you just dont know what your going to get hit with next as it comes in waves .
Friday for instance i woke feeling achy but fine then a hour later had severe back pain in my lower back/hips then that went and by the afternoon i was having stomach pains which were painfull and came and went , for the most part i have this lower back/hip pain which feels like a car has run into the back of me and my hands shake and the constant headache and aches my family seem to think im probably being over the top the were all against me seeing dr owen and said i was throwing my money away
I have 3 children and dont in truth have the money to waste but then its very rare that i actually get anything for myself and i cant think of anything more worthwhile than my health plus it will be awesome to have somebody take me seriously as my own doctor just said it was a small infection (the bites are in no way infected) and as i say my family are now sick of me shuffling around and feeling sorry for myself so the confirmation alone is worth it .
I feel very aware that whilst im saying all this there are many of you here that have suffered extremly and for a long time i want to wish you all good health and basically give you a virtual pat on the back
