It takes 15 business days from the time the samples are drawn for your doctor to get the results. IGeneX will not give you the results over the phone. You will receive a statement from IGeneX about 2-3 days before your doctor gets the results. Wait those 2-3 days and then if you still haven't heard from your doctor call and ask them if they have received them, and request that they give you a copy. they cannot deny you a copy, these are your results, they belong to you. I know it's expensive, but well worth it to use this Lab. sorry that it takes so long to get the results, hang in there!! Sarah
