For someone who is INSANELY chlostrophobic this was no small feat.
thanks to 1 1/2 xanax and some amazing staff, I rocked it!. LOL.
I went in with en eye mask and they laid me down and showed me the cage they snapped over my head (aye). Then they put me inside for about an hour, then they yanked me out.....inserted the dye (ugh that was the worst part!) and had me in for another 20 mins.
They were super impressed with me, I didn't move at all man...I wanted out!
When I was done i turned around and saw the machine and almost passed out HAH. It's one of the super tight ones! thank god I didn't see that first.
I honestly think not seeing it is the BEST way to go. They had a picture on a manual they wanted me to read and i made DH hide the pic and read the manual to me.
They led me in like a blind person but hey, it worked! After seeing how freaking tight it was, thank god they did!
And DH held and rubbed my foot the entire time, and since it was at the level of his shoulder, that's a lot!!!! SO hes the best.
Sooooo all my blood work is down, and the MRI was yesterday so I'm hoping that later this week my LLMD will have some treatment ideas for me!!!!!
