How do you do a detox bath?

I've noticed that some of you talk about taking detox baths. How do you do that?

Re: How do you do a detox bath?

Hi, I do 2 to 4 cups Epsom Salts, 64 ounces hydrogen peroxide....I put things like tea tree oil in it or eucalyptus oil, or rose oil, lavender...and soak for 30 min.

The Epsom Salts pull out toxins, the peroixide puts oxygen into your cells....

Nice a relaxing ....

Enjoy!

Also add a small container of baking soda. Baking soda is a nutralizer for PH which has many benefits.

Re: How do you do a detox bath?

Thanks for your replies. Hydrogen peroxide? Really? I've never heard of such a thing before. But I'm game to try anything. How exactly is a detox bath supposed to help with Lyme Disease?

Re: How do you do a detox bath?

Hi kdmari.

I tried the detox baths. I would use a natural bristle brush and brush my dry skin before I got in. I brushed in a pattern to push lymph out of my system. There's charts on how to dry brush your lymph vessels on the web. For example, brush from your armpits downward, brush in upward strokes on your legs, etc.

I used 2 big bottles of H2O2 and 1/3 a big carton of Epsom salts.

I also did the lymph brushing once I got in. I put the water as hot as I could stand it so I would break a sweat and try to raise my body temp. I also tried to submerge as much of my body as I could. I must've looked like the underside of a horseshoe crab with my legs bent under me.

I did it for 30 days straight and, sadly, it didn't help me. There are folks here who swear by them so I wish you the best of luck with it.

Peace and health to you,
Mickie
