Flagl and cyst

Can anyone help with the " Cyst form of lyme". I keep reading about this. Please help me to understand. Do these cyst show up on an MRI or CT scan??

Lyme Disease bacteria come in 3 forms: Spirochete, Cyst, and Cell Wall Deficient. Each form requires different treatment.

You have posted your question in the wrong forum. This is actually the forum for posting your Lyme story. If you post the same question in the Lyme disease forum, someone will be able to help you.

I can tell you that Spirochete means its active, cyst form means inactive the spirochete actually can remain dormant in an hostile enviroment, like when it senses the antibiotic coming to kill it. It can also penetrate into are white blood cells (are cells used for killing this bacteria), tricking the immune system into thinking that it isn't even there.

Complicated I know. I don't think you can see it in an x-ray.
