I noticed a significant change in my symptoms in about 1 1/2 months, though everyone will be different in this regard probably.

Sometimes people have to get on different combinations of antibiotics before they see a change. I was on multiple antibiotics over a course of 9 years.

It all depends on how long you have had it, what strains, and the make up of each of our bodies.
