I haven't a clue. You can have a negative ELISA test (a lyme screening test prior to whether or not you get a western blot), and a postive Lyme western blot test.

You can have a negative Elisa and negative Lyme western blot and a postive PCR

You can have a negative elisa, negative lyme western blot, and a postive western blot through a different labratory like Igenix.

You can have a negative elisa, negative lyme western blot and a postive spinal tap.

You can have a postive IGM western blot and a negative IGG western blot, its a 2 tier test.
